Service Description
A focused, 30-minute session designed to help families prepare for an upcoming IEP meeting or work through a specific concern. Whether you need help understanding evaluation results, interpreting service recommendations, or identifying the right questions to ask your team, this session gives you targeted guidance grounded in your child's right to meaningful access. You'll leave with clear next steps and the language to advocate effectively. Please note that this session does not include advance document review. All guidance is based on what we discuss together during our time. Families who choose to continue working with us beyond an initial consultation will receive a customized consultation plan that includes offline document review and more in-depth support.
Cancellation Policy
Online course refunds will be considered up to one week before the course begins. A 5% processing fee will be subtracted from the refund amount. Refunds will be considered at 50% during the week leading up to a course start date. After a course begins, no refunds will be given. By purchasing this course, you agree to our refund policy. To cancel or reschedule individual consults, please contact us 24 hours in advance. Any no-shows or consultations cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to the full fee for the time booked. Additionally, any consultations canceled after booking will be subject to a 5% processing fee.
