  • How can I start one-on-one sessions with you?
We offer one-on-one sessions for all ages to develop communication skills or specific goals (like using a keyboard). Start with an initial evaluation by one of our highly skilled staff. After that, we'll help you schedule with the right instructor. Email us at info@reacheveryvoice.org to get started.
  • What are your service costs and funding options?
Service costs vary by class or program length. In-person services range from $95-175/hour, subject to annual increases. We don't accept insurance as we're not clinicians. We try to accommodate alternate funding sources like self-determination funding and homeschool vendor programs but can't guarantee acceptance. Email info@reacheveryvoice.org with details (like vendor packets and tax forms) to inquire. We'll review and respond in 3-5 business days. We're currently vendored with Arizona’s ESA / ClassWallet.
  • Are your online classes recorded?
Yes! All live classes are recorded if you cannot be there in real-time. Our recorded class archive offers on-demand access to some of our popular past courses for you and your student to access at your convenience.
  • What age are your online classes geared towards?
Our classes are appropriate for many ages, but most participants tend to be middle school, high school, and young adult age.
  • Do you need to be a fluent / open-ended communicator to take your online classes?
Not at all! Most REV online instructors are certified teachers who bring a depth of knowledge to their subject area as well as an understanding of how to pace instruction and provide scaffolded response opportunities so students of varying communicative abilities can participate meaningfully. Students who are working on spelling single words, making choices, or using open-ended communication skills will all find participation opportunities throughout each class.
  • Who is Accessible Academics designed for?
Accessible Academics is designed for parents, educators, and others who support the education of nonspeaking students or students with complex communication needs. The course was developed during the height of the pandemic / school closures in 2020 when more and more parents were struggling to figure out meaningful ways to educate their children after seeing that the virtual offerings from their schools were falling short. This course is a self-paced dive into strategies that allow you to adapt curriculum for any age and is filled with modeling of how to do this in all different subject areas: phonics, reading comprehension, math, science, history, academic and creative writing. There are also resources for making sure IEP goals and supplementary aids and services are written to provide access for nonspeaking students. You can view more information or enroll at https://www.reacheveryvoice.org/accessible-academics-course
  • Can I access past workshop recordings?
Yes! You can view past workshop recordings on-demand on our workshop page: https://www.reacheveryvoice.org/recorded-workshops
  • Can I use insurance for your services?
We don't accept insurance because we're not clinicians (like SLPs or OTs).
  • Can I use alternate funding sources?
We try to accommodate alternate funding sources like self-determination funding and homeschool vendor programs, but can't guarantee acceptance of all forms. Email us at info@reacheveryvoice.org with details (like vendor packets and tax forms), and we'll review and respond in 3-5 business days. We're currently vendored with Arizona’s ESA / ClassWallet.
