Caele comes to REV with over 15 years of operations and project management experience. With a strong background in both education and business consulting, Caele excels in fostering relationships, developing innovative solutions, and driving continuous improvement. Originally from New South Wales, Australia, Caele earned her Bachelor of Commerce (Management) and Bachelor of Arts (Japanese) degrees from the University of Wollongong before making her way to the US where she completed her MBA at Case Western Reserve University. In her spare time Caele enjoys long distance backpacking,  spending time in her garden, and does her best to keep up with her husband, Rick, and teen boys, Rowan and Ethan.
