Alissa Margolis has worked with individuals who type to communicate for the past six years in both school and home settings. She received training from the Institute on Communication and Inclusion at Syracuse University and has experience with both Facilitated Communication and Rapid Prompting Method. As a self-proclaimed theatre dork, Alissa had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to tour the United States and Asia in the Sound of Music. She is still known to break into song from time to time.
