New Lessons!

March 16, 2018

We are excited for spring break here at REV, but no matter if school is in session, any day is a good day to learn! We've continued adding lessons that are specifically designed for users of the split-alphabet stencils! It's important to be able to build skills while using a large target, so two of our lessons this month are perfect for those using 3 stencils. Each lesson features questions with two choices whose first letters are on the same stencil.

Here's what else is new in the library this month:

  • Synesthesia

  • Stephen Hawking

  • German U-Boats

  • What is a Fable?

  • Can Music Help You Think? (designed for split-alphabet stencil)

  • Johann Sebastian Bach (designed for split-alphabet stencil)

Synesthesia is a neurological condition in which a person's response to stimuli "crosses" the senses. Learn more about this fascinating condition and how it effects perception.

Stephen Hawking used a voice output device to communicate. Learn more about this brilliant cosmologist in this lesson.

German U-Boats played a pivotal role in naval warfare in WWI and WWII. Learn more about these destructive submarines in this lesson.
