Service costs vary by class or program length. In-person services range from $95 to $185 per hour, subject to annual increases. Online services and group programs are priced separately; see individual program pages for current rates.
We do not accept insurance because we are not licensed clinicians and our services are educational, not therapeutic.
We try to accommodate alternate funding sources like state developmental disability self-direction programs, HCBS waivers, and homeschool vendor programs, but cannot guarantee acceptance of all forms. Email us at info@reacheveryvoice.org with details (vendor packets, tax forms, program requirements) and we will review and respond in three to five business days.
For ESA and scholarship program families, see "Can I use ESA or scholarship program funds to pay for REV?" below.
For information on scholarships and financial assistance, see "Does REV offer scholarships or financial assistance?" below.
Yes, in several states. Reach Every Voice is an approved tutoring vendor for state Education Savings Account (ESA) programs and scholarship programs in four locations, which means eligible families can use program funds to pay for our online tutoring services.
Where we are approved:
Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) through ClassWallet
North Carolina Education Student Accounts (ESA+ and Personal Education Student Accounts) through ClassWallet
South Carolina Education Scholarship Trust Fund through ClassWallet
New York Children's Scholarship Fund (CSF)
What this covers:
Online tutoring sessions with REV staff trained in supporting students who use letterboards, keyboards, and other forms of text-based communication. Sessions focus on adapted grade-level academics, literacy, and communication skill building.
What about online courses and other REV services?
Coverage for REV's online courses, professional development, and other services varies by program and is not automatic under our tutoring vendor designation. Arizona ESA families have successfully used funds for REV online courses in the past, and other programs may approve specific services on a case-by-case basis. If you want to use program funds for anything other than online tutoring, email us at info@reacheveryvoice.org before purchasing so we can help you confirm eligibility with your program administrator.
In-person services at our Gaithersburg and Severna Park locations are not covered under any of our current ESA or scholarship program approvals.
How payment works:
Most families pay up front through our online booking page and submit the receipt to their ESA or scholarship program for reimbursement. If fronting the cost is a barrier, contact us at info@reacheveryvoice.org before booking and we can arrange direct invoicing through the ClassWallet vendor portal for an additional administrative coordination step.
How to book tutoring:
Visit our online tutoring booking page to see available times and schedule a session.
If you are in a state we have not yet listed and you believe REV may be eligible under your program, send us a note. ESA program landscapes are evolving quickly and we are actively pursuing approvals in additional states.
No. REV does not bill insurance. Our services are educational rather than therapeutic, and our staff are educators rather than licensed clinicians.
If you have a health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA), see the next entry. If you are looking for insurance-billable speech-language therapy or occupational therapy, those services are provided by licensed clinicians outside of REV.
HSA and FSA eligibility for educational and communication support services is limited and depends on your specific account, employer, and the nature of the service. We recommend consulting your account administrator or tax advisor. We can provide itemized receipts to support reimbursement requests, but cannot guarantee approval.
We try to accommodate alternate funding sources like self-determination funding, HCBS waiver programs, and homeschool vendor programs, but cannot guarantee acceptance of all forms.
